Rivier University wanted to achieve 3 goals with a revamped Award Letter:

1. Improve the look and feel of their historically text-based Award Letters.

2. Customize the look and feel of their Award Letters in order to meet the needs of their distinct student populations such as day students, professional studies students, and graduate students.

3. Highlight the University’s newly established Employment Promise Program to incoming first-year students which helps students repay student loans if they face unemployment, post-graduation. 

 

CampusLogic AwardLetter Plug-In Results:

Using the easy FATV’s Content Plug-In for the CampusLogic AwardLetter™, Rivier was able to modernize their Award Letters with embedded videos tailored to their student needs. For example, incoming freshmen could learn about the Employment Promise Program through a custom embedded video in their Award Letter while professional studies and graduate students learned about Net Partner, their student portal, and basic terminology such as Cost of Attendance.
